Rural crime team hunt for machinery stolen from Blandford

The JCB 8008 micro-digger and two JCB tracked dumpers were stolen from Higher Shaftesbury Road in Blandford in the early hours of Friday, November 24.

Following enquiries by Dorset Police’s Rural Crime Team, a stolen van on a cloned registration, which was believed to be involved in the theft, was seized by police on that same day.

However, the stolen plant machinery has not yet been recovered.

Rural crime officers investigating the theft are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
