Four men have been arrested on suspicion of poaching offences near a Lincolnshire marina. Officers from Lincolnshire Police received reports that a 4x4 had been driving through fields in Apley, near Lincoln, at around 1.30am on October 2.

The vehicle was stopped on the A57, close to Burton Waters. The four individuals - aged 18, 19, 21 and 22 and from Doncaster - were arrested on suspicion of entering land as a trespasser at night with poaching equipment, a spokesperson for the force said.
