Dog attack on flock of sheep

On Wednesday the 11th of October a dog or dogs attacked a small rare breed sheep flock grazing Westmill farm in Oxfordshire. The sheep are grazing the wind and solar part of the farm which is private land with permissive access. Signage is up all over the area telling dog walkers their dogs must be leashed. The sheep are contained away from permissive paths behind netting and electric wire. As a result of this attack the vet attended, 1 ewe was put down and 1 required medication.
