Firefighters were battling a barn fire in Teesside on Monday.
Cleveland Fire Bridgade was called to tackle the large fire in the grounds on Ormesby Hall, in Middlesbrough after 7pm last night.
Five engines from Coulby Newham, Grangetown and Middlesbrough attended the blaze, which took hold at a barn at Ormesby Grange in Church Lane.
The barn, which was full of straw bales, were well alight and plumes of smoke could be seen in the sky over the area last night.
The incident was scaled down in the early hours of Tuesday, with two engines remaining at the scene.
Cleveland Fire Brigade said the barn was severely damaged in the blaze. The service left the scene at 6.25am.
